Growing up my Dad’s love for food and his transfer-prone job made me admire the variety of dishes we picked up from various states in India. I have fainted memories about but I think it all started with trying to figure out a recipe for a perfect crispy ‘dosa’, which I luckily ate during a summer vacation trip.
